About the role
- Own and govern global demo standards for the Solutions Consulting organization.
- Maintain and evolve the demo environment using Saleo and 1Mind, ensuring accuracy, freshness, and alignment with quarterly product releases.
- Design and maintain Golden Demos and modular demo assets across: Verticals: Telco, Manufacturing, Financial Services, SaaS & Buyer personas: CRO, RevOps, Field Sellers, SDRs
- Develop and maintain demo scripts, talk tracks, and storyline frameworks that support the full revenue funnel, from vision to Proof of Value.
- Ensure demo assets are consistently documented, versioned, and discoverable (e.g., Seismic, video libraries).
- Partner with Product, PMM, and Enablement to translate roadmap updates, betas, and early-access features into demo-ready narratives.
- Act as a strategic coordinator and editor for RFPs, RFIs, and formal proposal/questionnaire responses on priority opportunities.
- Ensure written proposals align tightly with demo narratives, value propositions, and customer evaluation criteria.
- Support go/no-go decisions on strategic proposals.
- Coordinate inputs across Sales, Security, Legal, Product, and other SMEs, maintaining clarity, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Maintain and continuously improve reusable proposal content, ensuring it reflects current product capabilities, security posture, and positioning.
- Help standardize proposal structure and messaging to reduce friction for the field while improving consistency and quality.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment, collaborating with individuals at all levels of the organization to ensure timely achievement of strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Experience: 5–7+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a related SaaS pre-sales role
- Demo Excellence: Proven ability to craft compelling, persona-based demo stories that resonate with executive and practitioner audiences
- Proposal Acumen: Experience coordinating and editing RFP/RFI/DDQ responses for complex deals
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable operating in configuration-heavy SaaS environments (no coding required)
- Strong Communicator: Effective both live and in writing, with an eye for clarity, structure, and persuasion
- Highly Organized: Able to manage evolving demo assets and parallel proposal efforts without losing attention to detail
- Collaborative & Influential: Able to set standards and drive adoption without direct people management
