About the role
- Oversee proposal development, marketing operations, and contracting processes for Business Development
- Drive creation of customer focused proposals and ensure efficient contract execution
- Lead marketing and enablement efforts by optimizing digital tools and content management
- Improve workflows, processes, and operational routines across the team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in proposals, contracts, commercial operations, or business development support
- Strong understanding of commercial terms, pricing models, and contract structures
- Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments
- Industrial, manufacturing, or B2B experience preferred
