  • Accountable for driving opportunities from idea through qualification, business case development, and contract execution by aligning cross-functional stakeholders through defined stage gates.
  • Responsible for value-based growth by developing pricing strategies, ROI models, and margin improvement cases while ensuring opportunities meet profitability and risk thresholds.
  • Regular reporting and engagement with the Director of Business Development and other internal stakeholders on opportunities and strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • 5 years minimum in business development, technical sales, or commercial strategy in stainless steel, specialty metals, or industrial manufacturing.
  • Experience owning account plans and engaging customers at technical, operational, and executive levels to align solutions with customer strategy.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with pricing strategies, margin management, and ROI analysis.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating effectively with technical, new product development, operations, finance, and supply chain teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
