About the role

  • Design fully responsive visuals from concept to completion, focusing on marketing landing pages, advertisements, and branding initiatives
  • Create marketing materials: landing pages, social media graphics, email templates, and advertisements aligned with brand identity
  • Ensure brand consistency across platforms and channels
  • Develop visuals for marketing campaigns including banners and promotional assets
  • Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and preferences
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor designs
  • Develop information architecture and user flows for intuitive experiences
  • Plan and conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback
  • Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in designs and integrate accessibility standards
  • Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes
  • Produce detailed visual and interaction assets, style guides, and design systems for handoff to engineering
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, stakeholders, and clients
  • Manage multiple design projects, adhere to deadlines, and align design with business goals
  • For candidates outside EST time zone, role requires some overlap with EST working hours

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in a B2B environment, including agency, tech, or freelance work
  • Startup agency experience is a big plus
  • Graphic Design Skills: Expertise in creating compelling visual content with strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools for producing high-quality graphics
  • UI Skills: Excel in creating scalable UI designs for desktop and mobile using Figma and Adobe Suite
  • Web Mastery: Advanced proficiency in web design, deep understanding of user interfaces and user experience principles
  • Organization: Skilled in systemic design for team-wide use, covering components, typography, colors, grids, and margins
  • Accountable: Take ownership, solve problems independently, and commit to project success
  • Communication: Effective in team and client communication, presenting research and design concepts
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work in both print and digital
  • Experience with Figma and Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
