Product Designer

• Craft high-quality, responsive designs for both mobile and web native platforms, focusing on first-time user experience, user growth and monetization.
• Design and optimize top-of-funnel experiences, conversion flows, and customer retention initiatives.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Marketers, Copywriters, Engineers, and other stakeholders to translate goals and requirements into effective UI designs.
• Design landing pages, top-level interfaces, registration flows, product marketing integrations, and sales pages.
• Create and iterate on designs that improve user onboarding, engagement tactics, upgrade nudges, and premium membership flows.
• Own your designs from initial concept through to implementation, ensuring consistency across platforms and touch points.
• Present your design proposals and clearly articulate your decisions, backing them up with contextual rationale, user insights, and best practices.
• Collaborate on Growth initiatives that focus on onboarding and Monetization strategies, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
