About the role
- Craft high-quality, responsive designs for both mobile and web native platforms, focusing on first-time user experience, user growth and monetization.
- Design and optimize top-of-funnel experiences, conversion flows, and customer retention initiatives.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Marketers, Copywriters, Engineers, and other stakeholders to translate goals and requirements into effective UI designs.
- Design landing pages, top-level interfaces, registration flows, product marketing integrations, and sales pages.
- Create and iterate on designs that improve user onboarding, engagement tactics, upgrade nudges, and premium membership flows.
- Own your designs from initial concept through to implementation, ensuring consistency across platforms and touch points.
- Present your design proposals and clearly articulate your decisions, backing them up with contextual rationale, user insights, and best practices.
- Collaborate on Growth initiatives that focus on onboarding and Monetization strategies, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional design experience focused on consumer mobile applications and web
- Online portfolio showcasing mobile and web design work
- Deep knowledge of Figma and experience working within established design systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take ownership of initiatives and influence core marketing and monetization strategies
