• Lead and manage accounting operations including bookkeeping, payment runs, Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage and coordinate tax compliance processes, including VAT, corporate tax, and other filings across 10 European countries. Liaise with external tax advisors and auditors to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Coordinate and support statutory audits, ensuring all deliverables and documentation are provided. Implement and maintain robust internal controls, accounting processes, and best practices across entities. Advise management on accounting, tax, and compliance implications of business decisions and work with cross-functional teams. Mentor and guide junior accountants.
