Lead and deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&O implementations across Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Financial Reporting and Project Accounting.
Work closely with clients to provide expertise and in-depth knowledge of specific Legal Solutions whilst evaluating the client’s business requirements.
Conduct fit-gap assessments, and design optimised financial processes.
Produce relevant documentation e.g. Functional Design Documents as required.
Configure Dynamics 365 F&O to align with client needs while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and industry standards.
Provide strategic financial guidance and best practices for streamlining operations and improving financial efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, CE and Product teams, to deliver integrated solutions.
Support data migration, testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
Stay up to date with Dynamics 365 F&O advancements and recommend enhancements to clients.
Act as an expert in sa.global’s IP, ensuring clients receive tailored and innovative solutions.
Participate in UK and European pre-sales activities as requested.
Provide guidance and mentoring to consultants, associates, clients; supporting their development and knowledge.
Ongoing commitment to continuous professional development; completing relevant certifications in a timely manner when necessary.
Represent the business professionally and positively at all times.
Requirements
Expertise across the full functional project lifecycle i.e. business analysis, requirement gathering, consulting, documentation, testing, training & support.
Proven experience as a Senior Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience of implementing end-to-end D365 solutions.
Deep knowledge of either D365 functionality and project lifecycle, wide modular experience especially Finance, Project Accounting & HR.
Strong experience with financial reporting, consolidations, budgeting, and forecasting.
Expertise in financial processes, accounting principles, including project accounting.
Analytical, structured and methodical approach to work with creative thinking skills and exemplary problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of multi-company, multi-currency, and intercompany transactions within D365 Finance & Operations.
Experience in designing and delivering financial automation and compliance solutions.
Hold relevant certifications.
Multi industry experience including strong Professional Services and/or Legal experience an advantage.
Prior experience of working within a Microsoft Partner or a similar consultancy environment.
Experience using standard project management methodology such as Waterfall, Agile etc.
Must possess strong relationship-building expertise with a wide and varied audience; internally and externally.
Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders (external & internal), finance teams, and technical resources.
