Serve as a front-line advisor assisting prospective and existing clients in obtaining homeowners, auto, RV and other insurance products.
Use consultative sales approach to understand customers' insurance needs and recommend personalized solutions across property, casualty, and personal lines.
Proactively identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities and assist customers in transitioning between Roamly and third-party carriers when appropriate.
Clearly explain coverage options, policy terms, and insurance processes to customers.
Drive lead conversion with high-volume outbound outreach and responsive handling of inbound inquiries.
Manage complete sales process: quote using Roamly’s proprietary tools, gather underwriting information, guide customers through policy purchase and binding.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions and follow-ups using Close.AI.
Stay current on available insurance products, systems, and carrier platforms to deliver informed service and support.
Work onsite in Roamly's Austin, TX office and collaborate with Front Line Leaders for onboarding and ongoing support.
Requirements
A minimum of one year of Property and Casualty Insurance experience preferred, specifically with a brokerage that handles multiple carriers.
Property and Casualty License preferred but not required; company assists with licensing and renewals.
Detail-oriented with strong commitment to customer service, patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Ability to adapt to varying customer personality types and situations.
Eager to work in a fast-paced, team environment; collaborative and able to manage workload effectively.
Proactive and organized with effective time management and high performance under stress.
Good data entry skills and ability to navigate websites with ease.
Good written and verbal communication skills; self-aware and maintain a positive attitude.
Proficient working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office products.
