About the role
- Conduct thorough recruiter screens designed to validate specific technical skills, domain knowledge, and a candidate's ability to learn and adapt to our growing organization
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define specific skill requirements for each role, and co-design effective interview plans, while proactively communicating recruiting activity, findings, and recommendations to optimize the overall hiring strategy
- Champion a positive and respectful experience for all applicants while actively engaging the technical community to attract talent and promote Crunchtime’s culture
- Partner on varied roles - from Engineering, to Customer Success and Shared Services
- We have a target of 10-15 screens per week, and quality is our North Star. We’d much rather see five "strong yes" candidates than ten "maybes." Top-of-funnel is where we need the most focus right now.
Requirements
- Experience managing a pipeline from initial sourcing through offer negotiation and close, preferably within a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment. Generally, we expect aligned candidates to bring 3-5 years recruiting experience.
- Proven ability to ask probing, technical-specific questions to dig beneath surface-level claims and assess the depth and breadth of a candidate’s skills.
- Greenhouse experience is highly preferred to ensure you can hit the ground running. If you haven't used it, we’re open to ATS power-users with strong req hygiene.
