Business Intelligence Developer

• Work cross-functionally with business users from procurement, manufacturing, sales, finance, and other departments to provide actionable reporting insights using Power BI
• Adhere to Power BI best-practices when deploying new solutions to the business, always keeping in mind the balance between flexibility and scalability
• Display eagerness to learn new skills and have a passion for teaching by distilling complex topics to digestible information for the business
• Assist end users with day-to-day inquiries such as tool troubleshooting, log-in support, and other administrative duties and be a key resource for training
• Pioneer untapped technologies using other elements of the Power Platform such as PowerApps and PowerAutomate
• Bolster our superuser team network by hosting targeted & intensive training sessions and being a reliable partner in helping launch reports created by business users
• Work internally with your immediate team members to maintain and adopt Kanban board agile project management methodologies to contribute to the maturity of our processes in service of the business

Sales

• Supports sales reporting data for Sales team, providing detailed (by customer) analysis of actual performance versus plan
• Consumption Reporting
• Shipment Reporting
• Internal Reports/External Reports (Retailer, Distributor, Broker, SPINs, Nielsen)
• Tracking of Our Home Retail initiatives (e.g. National Programs, Innovation)
• Aid in updating Monthly Reports with data/commentary
• Analyze Spins, Confido and NetSuite BI data to identify optimal promotional item mix and best use of trade dollars (by customer, geography, SKU)
• Assist in the tracking and recording of revenue & trade spending (Forecast/ LE Process)
• Supports Customer Category Reviews with Director of Category Management
• Ongoing analysis of category trends and tactics, lead the development of retailer specific category reviews and assortment analysis
• Identify distribution opportunities by customer supporting customer Category Reviews as well as Annual Planning process
• Supports VP Sales Operations in development of annual account planning process including assistance with the organization of historical revenue, spend rates, consumption performance and distribution opportunities
• Support Sales Team with customer specific historical performance and ad hoc requests

Sales Analyst

Compliance

• Own the noncompliance deductions workflow from intake through resolution
• Review, categorize, and prioritize noncompliance chargebacks/fines
• Determine validity and dispute eligibility based on customer requirements and documentation
• Identify patterns by customer, DC, lane, carrier, SKU, ship point, reason code, etc.
• Partner with 3PL customer service/logistics to isolate the operational cause (labeling, ASN/EDI, routing, OTIF windows, POD/BOL gaps, carton/pallet config, shortages, etc.)
• Document root causes and recommend corrective actions to reduce repeats
• Gather and validate supporting documents (POD, BOL, packing lists, EDI/ASN, routing confirmations, appointment/receiving details)
• Submit disputes/appeals via customer portals and track outcomes through closure
• Maintain trackers and provide recurring updates: open balance, wins/losses, trends, top offenders, prevention actions
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners on status and next steps
• Help build a repeatable noncompliance process (SOPs, reason-code library, playbooks by customers
• Recommend improvements to reduce revenue leakage and improve compliance

Deductions Analyst – Noncompliance

Operations

• Possess or develop a strong understanding of the manufacturing supply chain and contract manufacturing (CM) supply/ship process
• Ensure all orders and order change requests are processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure order accuracy by following established department policies and procedures
• Determine accurate ship and delivery dates based on available inventory, sales forecasting, product lead-time, and customer delivery and method of shipment requests for all items ordered
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure delivery commitment dates are achieved
• Proactively analyze and follow up on unshipped customer orders to ensure delivery commitments are attained and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
• Build quality, long-lasting business relationships with customers, sales, supply chain, finance, quality assurance, and administrative support departments/personnel
• Ensure order management reports are reviewed daily and proper action is taken to resolve order issues
• Coordinate with supply chain, production, quality, finance, and sales on the following matters:
• Order status, requests to expedite/prioritize orders, special shipping instructions, contracts, credit issues, pricing discrepancies, product availability
• Verify that orders will be allocated and ready in timely manner
• Resolve shipment issues due to incorrect, missing, and/or damaged product
• Support assigned sales managers/customers, regularly communicating status and important issues
• Works side by side with sales teams to support all levels of Order-to-Cash requirements
• Work with Shared Services teams to resolve invoice pricing discrepancies due to incorrect pricing, discounts, freight charges, etc., authorizing and processing the appropriate customer credits
• Meet key metrics for order management including but not limited to:
• Confirm/acknowledge 100% of orders confirmed within 24 hours
• Data accuracy goals >98% of orders error free (strive for zero)
• Respond to order status inquiries in a timely manner and if delayed, update the customer and/or sales team appropriately
• Quickly adapt to business needs and requirements as they change

Customer Operations Representative

Procurement

• Responsible for updating weekly and monthly Procurement KPI’s
• Main contact for plant operations vendor or item setup
• Prepare reports detailing on hand, waste and aging inventory levels
• Provide inventory and consumption analytics to operations team

Procurement Analyst

• - Manage and maintain blanket purchase orders in NetSuite ERP system (BPOs) for packaging materials across all plant locations; monitor usage, balances, expirations, and supplier alignment
• - Act as the liaison between plant buyers, suppliers, and accounts payable to resolve PO discrepancies and ensure smooth procurement operations
• - Support supplier onboarding, pricing updates, contract tracking, and accurate data entry into ERP systems
• - Maintain procurement reports, trackers/KPIs, and dashboards to support visibility and compliance
• - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
• - Assist in strategic sourcing projects and initiatives, such as developing new sourcing strategies, conducting spend analysis, or implementing category management programs
• - Analyze packaging material usage, cost trends, and vendor performance to identify opportunities for cost reduction or process improvement
• - Assist in packaging standardization, SKU rationalization, and sustainability efforts (e.g., downgauging, recyclability)
• - Maintain and update packaging specifications and documentation
