💰 $120,000 - $140,000 per year

About the role

  • Maintain organizational charts and employee data in PEO and HR tools.
  • Own the integrity of employee files and data changes.
  • Support the full employee journey, serving as the primary point of contact for onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in coordinating company-wide initiatives for performance reviews, compensation reviews, and engagement surveys.
  • Help track KPIs and people dashboards to communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a People Operations role, ideally within a high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong ability to manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
  • Solid understanding of benefits administration, HRIS management, and high-integrity employee relations.
  • Experience or interest in the maternity care/clinical talent landscape is highly valued.
