About the role
- Maintain organizational charts and employee data in PEO and HR tools.
- Own the integrity of employee files and data changes.
- Support the full employee journey, serving as the primary point of contact for onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in coordinating company-wide initiatives for performance reviews, compensation reviews, and engagement surveys.
- Help track KPIs and people dashboards to communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a People Operations role, ideally within a high-growth startup environment.
- Strong ability to manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
- Solid understanding of benefits administration, HRIS management, and high-integrity employee relations.
- Experience or interest in the maternity care/clinical talent landscape is highly valued.
