About the role

  • Maintain recruitment efforts across clinical and business teams
  • Create and execute engagement strategies to bring talent to clinical and corporate roles.
  • Proactively develop relationships with key networks to broaden the applicant pool.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet specific hiring needs.
  • Ensure a high-quality experience from first touch to onboarding.
  • Pitch a compelling Oula narrative to engage external candidates.
  • Manage pipeline activity within ATS (Greenhouse) and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of interdisciplinary recruiting experience, with a proven track record in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience recruiting for clinical roles or within the healthcare industry.
  • Comfortable jumping into an existing system and driving results immediately.
  • Willing to meet candidates where they are at - demonstrate flexibility on communication modalities and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
