About the role
- Maintain recruitment efforts across clinical and business teams
- Create and execute engagement strategies to bring talent to clinical and corporate roles.
- Proactively develop relationships with key networks to broaden the applicant pool.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet specific hiring needs.
- Ensure a high-quality experience from first touch to onboarding.
- Pitch a compelling Oula narrative to engage external candidates.
- Manage pipeline activity within ATS (Greenhouse) and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of interdisciplinary recruiting experience, with a proven track record in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience recruiting for clinical roles or within the healthcare industry.
- Comfortable jumping into an existing system and driving results immediately.
- Willing to meet candidates where they are at - demonstrate flexibility on communication modalities and inclusive hiring practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
