About the role

  • Strategic development and management of international key accounts in the mobility, logistics and retail sectors
  • Building and maintaining relationships with global decision-makers and stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization
  • Planning and delivering product presentations and demonstrations, and supporting on-site customer trials
  • Developing customer-specific solutions and negotiating framework agreements
  • Analyzing customer and competitor situations to optimize sales strategy and preparing targeted marketing plans in close collaboration with the marketing team
  • Active participation in trade shows and international events (e.g., Hannover Messe) and representing the company at conferences and symposia
  • Providing continuous customer feedback to support the (further) development of product solutions

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable, sales-oriented role within a modern sales environment
  • Confident use of online communication tools (e.g., MS Teams) as well as strong interpersonal skills to explain, promote and sell products
  • Sales and organizational talent with a pronounced customer and service orientation
  • Solid technical understanding and interest in activities related to manufacturing, logistics and skilled trades/construction
  • Experience working with common CRM systems
  • Fluent German and English skills and good knowledge of French or Spanish
  • Self-reliance, flexibility in working hours and a strong commitment
  • High communication and collaboration skills with process partners inside and outside the company
  • Completed commercial or technical training and/or a bachelor’s or master’s degree or comparable qualification (preferred)
