About the role

  • Support HR Business Partners across the entire employee life cycle
  • Involvement in onboarding processes
  • Participation in regular meetings and other events
  • Support in implementing and further developing HR offerings and frameworks
  • Preparation of analyses, compilation of information, and creation of presentations on HR data and KPIs
  • Preparation and/or follow-up of meetings and workshops with our specialist departments in coordination with the responsible HR Business Partners
  • Support in designing and improving efficient, standardized, employee-focused HR processes and coordinating with relevant HR interfaces
  • Independent handling of HR projects, for example creating learning modules for managers
  • Creation of PowerPoint presentations on various topics in coordination with the HR Business Partner
  • Support in organizing the HR Business Partner team (team meetings, team events, team communication)
  • Participation in pre-selection, conducting interviews, and coordination of new and existing working students and interns for the HR Business Partner team
  • Support in maintaining intranet pages for managers and employees and assisting with other internal communication measures
  • Maintaining and further developing the team's internal wiki

Requirements

  • You are a student in an intermediate or advanced stage of your studies with a focus on HR management or a comparable field of study
  • Ideally you have prior experience from HR internships at other large companies
  • You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • You work carefully and are characterized by a reliable personality with a high level of independence and initiative, as well as very good organizational and communication skills
