About the role

  • Responsible for successfully participating in and executing international tenders in the region
  • Monitoring and managing the tender business
  • Building and developing a tender database
  • Verifying tender information with the tender issuers, Area Management and Customer Service
  • Managing a professional tender process
  • Defining and creating tender KPIs and tender reporting to top management
  • Pre-tender processing is also part of your responsibilities
  • Reviewing tender conditions with internal process partners
  • Preparing pricing together with Area Management
  • Tracking outstanding offers
  • Coordinating and executing tenders
  • Ensuring continuous information flow about open and pending tenders
  • Internal and external coordination of tender execution (including troubleshooting)
  • Advising the Head of Sales Export on tender management and the development of additional market potential
  • Planning, controlling and monitoring projects in terms of time, budget and quality

Requirements

  • Master's degree or a completed degree in a relevant field
  • At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in international Sales & Marketing
  • Affinity for MedTech and strong intercultural skills
  • Proactive, goal-oriented and a team player
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
  • Excellent communication skills, including English (C1)
