About the role
- Manage our international customers from order entry to invoicing in close coordination with Logistics and the Order Center
- Customer contact via phone, digital channels, and in person
- Support our global sales team to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Provide first-level support for our global user base
- Maintain customer master data and manage customer-specific ordering platforms
- Coordinate international inbound and outbound shipments
- Participate in customer-specific projects in coordination with Supply Chain Management
- Manage dunning and collection processes
- Actively contribute to the development of efficient, customer-oriented service processes
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, ideally supplemented by a degree or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in customer service or inside sales
- Very good MS Office and SAP skills (especially SD/MM) and confident use of common CRM systems
- Technical understanding and interest in work environments in industry, logistics, and trades
- Strong process awareness and a high level of customer and service orientation
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Structured, goal-oriented way of working
- Ability to work independently, flexibility, and a strong commitment
- Strong communication skills and a pronounced ability to cooperate
