About the role

  • You manage and coordinate both national and international clinical studies.
  • You support the preparation of documentation for clinical studies and registries, their analyses, and reporting.
  • You analyze study results and prepare presentations.
  • You perform monitoring activities for clinical trials.
  • You define project objectives and align them with stakeholders.
  • Using established project management processes and methods, you direct planning, execution, reporting, and controlling.
  • You implement regulatory and legal requirements into processes.
  • You communicate medical and biomechanical concepts to the appropriate target audiences.
  • You conduct literature searches, perform clinical evaluations, and test new products.
  • Your responsibilities also include preparing study summaries, conducting webinars, and delivering presentations.

Requirements

  • You have completed a relevant degree (Master's) in rehabilitation/sports sciences, medicine, orthopaedic technology, biomedical engineering, or a related field — ideally with prior publications or a doctorate (PhD).
  • You have 3–5 years of professional experience supporting clinical research projects, including data management, statistical analyses, and the preparation of final study reports.
  • You have a strong scientific understanding, are analytically strong, and think critically.
  • You are familiar with project management methodologies and possess strong presentation skills.
  • You enjoy working in small teams and are highly independent in your work.
  • You demonstrate a high level of quality awareness and strong team and communication skills.
  • You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (business-level proficiency).
  • You are willing to travel.
