About the role
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s S&OP framework.
- Oversee the development of accurate, data-driven demand forecasts.
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Act as the central integrator between Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Present findings, material risks, and scenario planning options to executive leadership.
- Drive improvements in planning technology, analytics, and demand management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain is required.
- Minimum of twelve years of Operations, Sales, or Product Management experience is required.
- Minimum of two years in a director, or higher level, role is required.
- Experience with S&OP, IBP, and demand planning is required.
- PMP certification is preferred.
