• Advise pre-qualified private customers on residential solar solutions via phone and video calls, with no cold calling
• Review diagnostic reports, propose repair solutions, and handle sales calls for New Builds and Add-Ons
• Follow up on quotes from the Tech Department and Outside Sales handovers through contract closure
• Actively manage the sales pipeline and track conversion rates and KPIs in the CRM
• Maintain meticulous customer records and rigorous follow-up schedules
• Collaborate with the Pre-Sales team
• Develop expertise through technical and soft-skills training
