About the role

  • Oversee coordination of activities on multiple modern installation projects
  • Ensure efficiency, cost containment, and customer satisfaction
  • Complete projects on schedule, within budget, and meet all technical & safety standards
  • Coordinate all contract activities from project award to completion
  • Provide progress review of projects to ensure consistency with contract documents
  • Communicate proactively with multiple client representatives
  • Work closely with internal sales staff, superintendents, and senior leadership
  • Manage billing, consultant and contractor payments, process RFIs, and optimize change order opportunities
  • Accurately interpret construction contractual documents and modifications
  • Analyze situations and develop contingencies for estimates

Requirements

  • 3+ years elevator industry project management and/or construction experience desired
  • Familiarity with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration
  • Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings
  • Team-oriented and adaptable in dynamic settings
  • Self-motivated, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft software within technical environments
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
