About the role
- Provide strategic direction, transformation, and program management support to various initiatives and system design activities across the Americas region
- Apply Program Management best practices to show progress and impact of Americas initiatives and projects
- Monitor and manage interdependencies, raising risks and issues in time for resolution
- Work closely with functions, OU, OA, and OT leaders to understand business requirements for systems
- Plan, coordinate, and execute support for system definition, testing and implementation
- Coach others on consistent approaches to program management and impact tracking
- Communicate overall transformation status, progress and issues
- Understand Change Management and infuse tactics into the initiatives by coaching initiative leaders
- Create reusable approaches and templates that can be leveraged for smaller efforts
- Generate communications plans, messages, and cascading tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical experience in elevator industry
- 5+ years elevator industry experience or experience leading technicians in a similar industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to create plans and execute results
- Experience working with project management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
- Comfort in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software
