About the role
- Troubleshoot and analyze Workday security issues with HR business
- Partner with various HRT Leads and cross functional teams to gather requirements, recommend, configure, test and deliver security related configuration needed for new functionality and change requests
- Execute WD Security role assignment audits, analyze results and address any issue
- Create, configure, test and maintain all types of Workday security groups
- Document all security processes as needed including any security changes and enhancements
- Provide recommendations on security updates/enhancements to drive the efficiency of security model
- Lead discussions with cross functional teams and key stakeholders as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience in Workday Security Configuration and Administration
- Experience with Workday Business Process/Reporting/HCM/Complex Security configuration
- Experience in a technical environment with strong ability to configure Workday HR/Security knowledge in a global workspace
- Experience with security and compliance audits required
- Workday Security Pro certification a plus
- Will need to be available during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
- Fluency in English
