- Develop sales and business skills while learning about Otis products and services
- Work with Sales Leadership Team, exploring key departments
- Shadow mechanics, engage in customer meetings, and develop sales skills

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree is required
- 1-3 years customer-facing or sales experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
- Very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software
