About the role

  • Lead and support GBS finance transformation initiatives by designing, implementing, and maintaining global internal processes, controls, and governance frameworks.
  • Partner closely with Finance Business Partners and GBS stakeholders to manage activities such as invoicing, billing, monthly reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Track and monitor actual savings, FTE impacts, and financial outcomes associated with GBS transformation efforts.
  • Develop and maintain global process maps, workflows, and documentation to ensure consistency and transparency across regions.
  • Prepare and support management reporting and executive presentations, providing insights and recommendations based on financial data.
  • Generate and distribute monthly standard reports to key stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with regional reconciliations and ensure alignment with global finance standards and practices.
  • Understand and support the IMS (Integrated Management System) and invoicing processes to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance transformation, FP&A, or GBS-related roles within a global organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and geographies.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools; experience with IMS or similar platforms is a plus.
