About the role
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for two subsidiaries
- Drive business performance by analyzing trends and presenting recommendations
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS
- Optimize processes and improve financial reporting, reconciliation, and controls
- Collaborate with local teams for accurate financial reporting and cash flow management
- Provide financial guidance on acquisitions and operational improvement projects
- Present findings to senior leadership with executive-ready presentations
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experienced accountant with full-cycle financial accounting knowledge
- Expertise in GAAP and IFRS
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Great Plains
- Ability to analyze trends and identify risks and opportunities
- Self-starter with hands-on approach
- Communicates professionally and persuasively with senior leadership
