Outside Sales

• Identify and acquire new independent bicycle specialty retailers across Germany
• Actively build a sales network and utilize the existing database
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing retail partners
• Serve as the primary contact for existing dealers’ requests
• Attend trade shows and events, present products and generate new customers
• Manage sales documentation and handle customer inquiries
• Collect dealer feedback and monitor market analyses
• Communicate product improvement insights to the product developer
• Plan and execute independent routes in major German metropolitan areas
• Work from the home office on days without field appointments
• Collaborate closely with the sales expert and the sales team
