About the role
- You manage customer projects from handover by Sales through to successful transition into regular operations.
- You coordinate larger implementation and rollout projects together with customers and internal teams from Tech, Operations and Sales.
- You act as the primary contact for customers during the project and support phases, translating technical topics into clear, structured explanations.
- You handle technical and organizational inquiries, coordinate internally on more complex issues, and support structured bug‑fix and escalation processes.
- You work closely with internal tech teams, e.g. Embedded Systems, ensuring open items are tracked thoroughly and solutions are implemented.
- You reliably document project status, open issues and customer feedback in our tools, creating transparency for all stakeholders.
- You contribute improvement ideas for customer management, project governance and processes and help to further professionalize our customer excellence setup.
- You may occasionally accompany customers on site as needed.
- In the medium term, you will additionally take on responsibility for selected CRM/HubSpot topics.
Requirements
- You have experience in project management, technical customer support or a comparable interface role between customers and engineering.
- You bring experience from the energy, IoT or a general technical environment and can quickly familiarize yourself with new system contexts.
- You have a solid technical foundation and can capture, classify and explain technical issues in a structured way (you do not necessarily need to be a software developer).
- You communicate clearly, reliably and customer‑oriented and keep an overview even with multiple concurrent topics.
- You work in a structured, independent and pragmatic manner and enjoy driving projects forward and managing them cleanly.
- You speak very good German and can also communicate confidently in English in a professional context.
- Ideally, you have already worked with CRM or ticketing tools such as HubSpot.
