About the role

  • Support overall e-commerce operations, data-driven analytics, logistics management, and web content operations to drive online business growth
  • Lead the development and execution of e-commerce sales strategies for Diesel and Jil Sander
  • Analyze sales (daily, weekly, and monthly) and KPI reports
  • Create reports related to new project procedures and operation guidelines
  • Monitor product performances
  • Design shopper journeys and create contents
  • Manage selling products at online channels
  • Tracking and update shipping status
  • Manage online channel CS team
  • Manage invoices from Ecommerce vendors

Requirements

  • BA degree or above with relevant major(Fashion/Business Administration)
  • Min. 4 years of relevant experience in Ecommerce or Travel Retail
  • Proactive mindset and communication skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in MS Office is required
