• You provide written support to our customers via email, responding to their inquiries quickly, politely, and with a solution-oriented approach.
• You are responsible for smooth operational processes, e.g., customer switches or inquiries about invoices and tariffs.

• You find pragmatic and sustainable solutions in dispute cases — applying tact and efficiency.
• You resolve complex cases directly with other electricity suppliers, grid operators, or metering point operators.
• You have an understanding of energy-sector topics (e.g., market communication, EDIFACT).

• Build, maintain, and standardize Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform
• Manage and optimize containerized workloads on ECS Fargate
