About the role

  • Support the setup, expansion and maintenance of a new online shop
  • Respond to customer inquiries by email and manage complaints
  • Extend, control and maintain the product/catalog structure and assist with product management
  • Product and content management, including content creation

Requirements

  • You are at least in your 3rd semester of a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
  • You have strong analytical thinking skills and a good technical understanding
  • You work independently, proactively and responsibly
  • Experience in e-commerce or online marketplaces is an advantage
  • Excellent German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
