About the role
- Maintain and enhance network and security infrastructure
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Respond to escalated support requests and ensure high availability and performance
- Design, implement, and maintain Cisco and Fortinet networks, firewalls, and wireless systems
- Monitor resource usage and tune performance
- Develop procedures to prevent outages and improve system resilience
- Create and maintain configuration and support documentation
- Provide technical support to staff, vendors, and service providers
- Resolve escalated help desk requests and participate in on-call rotations
- Manage projects and deliver services aligned with organizational goals
Requirements
- A strong understanding of virtual networking and basic physical LAN concepts
- Experience with network device installation, configuration, and upgrades
- A proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability
- The ability to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contribute to long-term infrastructure planning
