About the role

  • Travel to customer sites (approx. 80% travel) to provide hands-on service for equipment.
  • Diagnose, repair, and perform routine maintenance on hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Interface with PLC systems to upload/download programs and perform control system adjustments.
  • Collaborate with dealer technicians for troubleshooting assistance.
  • Review technical documentation, manuals, and schematics for accurate service procedures.
  • Maintain detailed documentation through work order systems; ensure issue resolution and reporting.
  • Participate in OEM testing and equipment upgrades when needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or its equivalent
  • Three (3) or more years of relevant experience
  • Ability to travel up to 80%
  • Proficient in Electrical diagnostics and repair
  • Proficient in Mechanical systems and component-level service
  • Proficient in Hydraulic diagnostics and repair
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to obtain a passport if necessary
  • Must be able to work productively and cohesively in a diverse and multicultural environment.
