About the role
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs
- Manage multiple roles and locations simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment
- Develop and post job requisitions for various positions within airport services
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct phone screens to evaluate qualifications and experience
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Support pre-employment and onboarding activities in partnership with HR and site teams
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in Workday (ATS)
- Participate in occasional travel to support site startup initiatives and hiring events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent
- Three (3) or more years of recruitment or related experience
- Ability to travel as needed to support operational initiatives
- Flexibility to support recruiting activities across multiple time zones as business needs require
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain TSA and airport security clearance
