About the role

  • Develop and deliver AI-powered software solutions for our clients
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI into products and processes
  • Implement solutions according to specifications and documentation (SRS, C4)
  • Define and communicate non-functional requirements and quality objectives
  • Build ML pipelines and production integrations (APIs, services, data flows)
  • Coach colleagues on AI implementation patterns and engineering best practices
  • Take initiative, own end-to-end tasks, and manage priorities effectively
  • Maintain and strengthen standards (code quality, testing, reviews, best practices)
  • Research, test, and deploy new models, tools, and approaches
  • Advise clients on technical decisions, trade-offs, and delivery plans

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ recent years in AI/ML (deep learning, computer vision, NLP, generative AI, predictive analytics, etc.)
  • Master’s degree (or PhD) in Computer Science / Software Engineering with a focus on AI, or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate or conversational French (minimum)
