Conduct interviews and usability testing to ensure that features solve real problems
Facilitate customer engagements, test prototypes, and integrate user input into development
Use product analytics tools to track user behavior, uncover friction points, and identify opportunities
Create dashboards that measure product outcomes and team performance
Launch and manage customer feedback portal, including wishlists and suggestions
Maintain an ongoing view of competitors, industry trends, and market conditions
Contribute to documentation, knowledge base content, and in-app guides
Work with development teams to define, plan, and deliver features
Gather and refine requirements, create and manage backlogs, write detailed user stories, and unblock the team

Requirements

Progressive experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or in a similar role, ideally within a SaaS or healthcare environment
Strong Agile experience, with proven ability to guide development teams through sprint cycles and iterative delivery
Familiar with JIRA for backlog and user story management
Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms such as Pendo or similar tools
Understanding of how to validate data, uncover insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Experience with SQL or data querying is considered an asset
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to synthesize data into structured insights
Skilled at engaging with customers, conducting interviews, and integrating feedback into product development
