About the role
- Take full ownership of the **entire sales cycle** in the **Nordic/UKI market**, with a focus on enterprise clients — from proactive prospecting and targeted outbound activities (including cold outreach) to negotiation and closing. Build and maintain a strong pipeline beyond BD-generated opportunities.
- Craft and implement sales strategies to promote osapiens CMMS solutions, unlocking new Annual Subscription Value (ASV) opportunities.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to solve their maintenance challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, pre-sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless client onboarding and a world-class customer experience.
- Represent osapiens at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences across the **Nordic/UKI region**, acting as a professional and outgoing ambassador of our brand.
Requirements
- **3+** years of relevant professional experience in SaaS sales, business development, or a comparable commercial role
- Experience in production, manufacturing, or maintenance environments is strongly preferred.
- Technical affinity or background with the ability to understand operational and maintenance-related challenges (experience with specific CMMS solutions is not required).
- Experience managing mid-market and/or enterprise sales cycles; hands-on mentality with the flexibility to adapt sales approaches to different customer sizes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales methodologies, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset, with a passion for solving customer challenges through innovative technology.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in **English**, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. **Spanish** and/or any **Scandinavian Language** is a plus.
