About the role

  • Join us in accelerating the growth of our Maintenance Software (CMMS) and play a key role in building a scalable and high-performing sales pipeline in the Benelux Market.
  • As part of a fast-growing product within osapiens, you will be at the forefront of our expansion, identifying and engaging future maintenance leaders across Europe.
  • You will help shape the first touchpoint of our customers’ journey — connecting with production and maintenance teams, understanding their operational challenges, and positioning our solution as the foundation for smarter, more efficient maintenance processes.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or Lead Generation in a B2B & SaaS environment - exposure to Maintenance, industrial, or service-related environments is an advantage.
  • Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, active listening abilities, and meticulous attention to detail in all follow-up communications.
  • Manage multiple conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, always striving to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Possess a growth-oriented mindset, constantly seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.
  • Work autonomously and take initiative to streamline workflows and optimize processes.
  • Maintain a target-driven attitude, persevering through challenges and setbacks to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level) is required. Dutch or French for the BeNeLux Market or Spanish is strong plus.
