About the role

  • - Conduct in-depth research on target industries and market segments to uncover and qualify new business opportunities across the Nordics and the UK.
  • - Utilise various prospecting methods, including networking events, online platforms, and industry publications, to uncover new leads.
  • - Customise messaging to resonate with the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
  • - Implement strategic timing for outreach efforts to maximise engagement and response rates.
  • - Provide timely and personalised follow-up communication to nurture leads and maintain their interest.
  • - Collaborate closely with the Account Executive team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
  • - Continuously update and maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • - Analyse data and metrics from CRM reports to track lead generation performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • - **3–5 years of experience** in business development and/or lead generation, focused on new customer acquisition
  • - **Proven experience in the Nordics and UKI markets**, with knowledge of industry dynamics, customer behavior, and market entry strategies
  • - **Results-driven**, with a track record of meeting KPIs and achieving measurable business outcomes
  • - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • - Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative, eager to contribute to team goals
  • - **Fluent English**; knowledge of Swedish or Danish is desirable
  • - ESG experience is a plus but not mandatory
