About the role
- Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Framing Estimator & Personal Assistant with experience in the framing industry to support our construction operations for U.S.-based projects.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate material take-offs, ordering and coordinating framing materials, handling billing and collections, maintaining bookkeeping records, and providing administrative support to the project management team.
- This role requires collaboration with project managers and foremen to ensure estimates align with project requirements, analyzing project plans to identify cost savings, and tracking project budgets, labor costs, and material usage.
- The Framing Estimator will also assist with ongoing administrative tasks as needed to support smooth operations.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) at C1 level or above.
- Strong phone and clear communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams, internal leaders, providers, and potential clients.
- Clear understanding of construction and framing.
- Previous experience as a Framing Estimator, for U.S-based clients.
- Previous experience in account management, executive support, medical office coordination, or customer relationship roles preferred.
- Professional writing ability and email etiquette.
- Detail-oriented, organized and service-oriented.
- Highly responsible, reliable and proactive.
- Knowledge of any systems used for framing. Training will be provided.
- Preferred: basic QuickBooks knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Microsoft Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
