• Reviewing preliminary fees and supporting documents prior to closing to make sure everything is current and complete
• Keeping the escrow team in the loop by flagging important file-related documents as they come in
• Reaching out to outside companies to collect the documentation we need
• Participating in learning and development opportunities to keep growing your knowledge base
• Supporting OSN Markets as needed
• Pitching in on other related tasks as they come up
