About the role
- Support project owners and construction companies in site management by integrating sustainable, innovative solutions that simplify daily operations and improve productivity.
- Develop a pipeline of prospects and clients: build and grow a portfolio across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Conduct targeted prospecting and networking with construction sector stakeholders: project owners, construction companies, and local authorities.
- Identify decision-makers, qualify needs, and structure an effective sales approach.
- Present the SaaS platform: organize and conduct initial meetings with qualified prospects (primarily via video calls, occasional travel within Île-de-France).
Requirements
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in a Sales Manager / Account Executive, Business Developer, or equivalent role.
- Experience in prospecting and selling in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Ability to present technical solutions clearly and convincingly to enterprise clients.
- Fluent French (spoken and written).
- Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
