About the role

  • Actively shape people, collaboration and change
  • Act as a trusted sparring partner for managers and employees
  • Handle administrative HR tasks using Personio
  • Support organizational changes and transformation processes
  • Work closely with HR colleagues in Recruiting and Talent Development
  • Responsible for payroll preparation / salary accounting

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in HR, ideally in a generalist role
  • Proficient with MS Office 365 and an HRIS such as Personio
  • Strategic and solution-oriented thinking
  • High initiative and strong execution skills
  • Attention to detail, discretion and trustworthiness are a given for you
  • Enjoy questioning and improving HR processes
  • Willingness to leverage digital tools to increase efficiency
  • Interest in wilderness and sustainability is a plus
