About the role
- Take full responsibility for the assigned portfolio across its entire lifecycle
- Act as the internal and external expert for all technical and product-related questions
- Lead the planning and execution of local product launches
- Develop and implement local marketing plans
- Create materials, campaigns, and educational tools to support veterinarians and partners in Finland
- Coordinate with partners involved in distribution, promotion, and technical activities
- Monitor product performance and sales development
- Provide insights and recommendations based on field trends and customer feedback
- Support sales teams with technical expertise and campaign planning
- Maintain strong relationships with veterinary professionals and key industry stakeholders
- Work closely with HQ functions (Global Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, and Commercial Operations)
Requirements
- Veterinary degree (mandatory)
- Proven clinical experience and/or pharmaceutical veterinary background is an advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of English (verbal and written, our business language) and Finnish, other languages are a plus
- Experience from customer service, sales, marketing etc. is an advantage
