• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy across digital, social, events, and other channels to build awareness and generate demand.
• Own and evolve Orion’s brand messaging to ensure consistency across platforms including LinkedIn, blog, website, press, and email campaigns.
• Drive go-to-market strategies for events, campaigns, and productized services, ensuring measurable impact on pipeline and revenue growth.
• Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to align marketing activities with business objectives, delivering on quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Analyze content performance, audience insights, and competitive trends to continuously refine campaigns and uncover new opportunities.
• Mentor and guide our Marketing Coordinator to elevate Orion’s voice in the market and scale brand awareness.
• Champion innovation — testing, iterating, and introducing new approaches that keep Orion ahead of industry and competitor trends.
