About the role
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with Greenkeepers, Course Managers, grounds teams and other key stakeholders.
- Drive sales and revenue growth across your territory by leveraging our broad and diverse market-leading product portfolio.
- Provide agronomic support and technical advice, helping customers get the best from our products and solutions.
- Work independently and proactively to identify opportunities, influence decision-makers, and close business.
- Contribute to new product development, providing market insight and feedback to R&D and marketing teams.
- Play a key role in developing and delivering marketing strategies, tailored to your region’s needs and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer success and company growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical role within the golf or fine turf sector.
- Strong technical understanding of the golf market including of turf products, soil health, nutrition and/or plant protection.
- A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication skills – able to connect with customers at all levels.
- Self-motivated and independent thinker, with the initiative and ambition to make things happen.
