About the role
- Manage and maintain existing customer relationships, ensuring continued sales growth.
- Identify and develop new customers within the region.
- Drive new business opportunities, expanding our sales network.
- Provide technical and sales support to both new and existing customers, offering expert guidance on our fertiliser products.
- Maintaining customer records and providing regular feedback to management when required.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of ruminant nutrition and forage systems.
- Background in agriculture, agronomy, or animal science.
- Proven sales or advisory experience in the agricultural sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and basic reporting.
