Principal Quality Engineer

• Execute functional, exploratory, and regression testing across complex enterprise workflows
• Validate data integrity using SQL; trace defects with precision across multi-system environments
• Manage and maintain test cases in TestRail; track work items in Azure DevOps
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams — communicate findings clearly and act as a quality advocate
• Build toward automation ownership using Playwright or similar frameworks as the role matures

• Own and manage project plans for IT infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives (architecture, IAM, PAM, engineering)
• Assign and track engineering tasks in Jira, ensuring clear ownership and accountability
• Build and maintain project plans, dashboards, and status reports in Smartsheet
• Facilitate meetings and communication between technical engineering teams and senior stakeholders
• Proactively identify blockers, risks, and dependencies — and drive resolution before they impact delivery
• Ask the right technical questions to translate engineering inputs into a structured, actionable project plan
• Deliver clear and consistent reporting on project health, milestones, and risks
