About the role

  • This role will support two management team members
  • Conducts effective diary management and meeting scheduling
  • Coordinates and delivers domestic and overseas travel management including Visas where required, in accordance with the Orica travel policy.
  • Ensures monthly expenses are correctly coded and claims are processed efficiently and on time.
  • Manages induction programs for Manager’s New team members
  • Schedules and supports Manager's team annual and midyear performance reviews
  • Produces reports and presentations as and when required
  • Assists and works with Administration Assistants, EA’s and PA’s throughout the organisation
  • Coordinates conference and workshop travel, logistics and catering, interfacing between stakeholders, attendees and vendors for Managers.
  • Flexibility in working hours at times (if required).

Requirements

  • Tertiary education in secretarial and management or equivalent.
  • Generally up to 5 years’ experience post qualification of assistant personal executive.
  • Technical &/or functional business system applications required for tasks (e.g. SAP, SF, Concur, etc).
  • Able to readily use Microsoft applications: Word, PPT, Teams.
  • Fluent in Verbal and Written English, excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • A model of resilience and flexibility, adapting well to new circumstances and adversity.
  • A commitment to working in a team-oriented manner.
  • Experience working across different cultures, company sectors or countries preferable.
