About the role

  • Develop, implement, and execute the sales strategy that aligns with overall business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the mining and infrastructure sectors
  • Research industry trends and identify new business expansion opportunities
  • Source and qualifying new leads to prospective sales opportunities
  • Travel to project sites and customer offices to build, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships
  • Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the value proposition of Geosolutions' technologies
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals

Requirements

  • Engineering degree in Civil, Mining, or Geotechnical Engineering; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
  • Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (desirable but not mandatory)
  • 3–5 years of demonstrated success in business development or commercial roles, including technical sales or account management within the mining or infrastructure sectors
  • Experience in geotechnical monitoring is an asset
