About the role
- Develop, implement, and execute the sales strategy that aligns with overall business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the mining and infrastructure sectors
- Research industry trends and identify new business expansion opportunities
- Source and qualifying new leads to prospective sales opportunities
- Travel to project sites and customer offices to build, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships
- Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the value proposition of Geosolutions' technologies
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Requirements
- Engineering degree in Civil, Mining, or Geotechnical Engineering; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
- Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (desirable but not mandatory)
- 3–5 years of demonstrated success in business development or commercial roles, including technical sales or account management within the mining or infrastructure sectors
- Experience in geotechnical monitoring is an asset
