About the role
- To plan and schedule product movements based on manufacturing capability and carrier availability to meet daily customer site demands;
- Manage essential administration tasks, including processing delivery dockets, road freight orders, invoicing, and tracking stock movements across multiple systems;
- Collaborate with manufacturing plants and carriers to resolve scheduling changes and adapt to dynamic regional requirements quickly and effectively;
- Support the implementation of Business Management and Supply Chain strategies, contributing to operational excellence within the region;
- Champion safety and compliance, maintain accurate transportation documentation, assist with inventory reconciliation, and work to minimize logistics and storage costs;
- Analyze procurement data and work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, manage risks, and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Transport Management, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a coordinator or scheduler role, ideally within a supply chain or logistics environment.
- Strong computer literacy, Excel is essential, and SAP experience is highly regarded.
- Ability to excel in a high volume, fast-paced operational setting.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging across multiple stakeholders through calls, chats, and email.
